Terms of Service — Venturella

1. What Venturella Is

Venturella is a global platform that allows users (“Venturellos”, “Venturellas”, “you”) to:

• Discover and book accommodations, coworking spaces, events, transport, and local services
• Connect with eco-conscious service providers
• Earn and redeem regular credits (VC) and eco-credits (EVC)
• Participate in sustainable travel and community activities
• Create and manage listings if you are a service provider

Venturella is not a hotel, coworking operator, transportation provider, or employer. We connect users and service providers through a digital marketplace and SaaS platform for sustainable travel and local services.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Have legal capacity to enter agreements
• Agree to use the Platform in compliance with these Terms

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• All actions taken under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Not impersonating others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms.

4. Platform Services

Venturella provides:

• A digital marketplace and SaaS Platform to book services
• Payment processing through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• A credit and eco-credit reward system
• User and provider dashboards
• Tools to display, manage, and promote listings
• Sustainability tracking and reward features

Bookings may be processed on Venturella or redirected to third-party partner platforms (OTAs).

5. Payments & Fees

• All payments are processed securely via third-party processors.
• Prices, fees, and commissions may vary by location and provider.
• Venturella may charge service fees, provider commissions, or subscription fees (when applicable).
• Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
• We do not store full payment card details.

6. Credits & Eco Credits

Venture Credits (VC)

• Earned through bookings, referrals, participation, or purchases.
• Can be redeemed for discounts or services on the Platform.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Eco Credits (EVC)

• Earned through sustainable actions and eco-certified bookings.
• Have higher redemption value.
• May be used for discounts, partner perks, or donations.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Credits may expire or be modified as the program evolves.

7. Service Providers

If you create listings, you agree that:

• All information (prices, availability, images, descriptions) is accurate
• You hold the rights necessary to operate your business and provide services
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws, permits, and safety standards
• Venturella may remove any listing that violates guidelines

Providers are independent businesses, not employees or representatives of Venturella.

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the service provider or the OTA partner platform. If redirected to a third-party site (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), their policies apply. Venturella is not responsible for:

• Provider cancellations
• Quality of the service
• Delays, availability, or changes by providers
• Incorrect information submitted by providers

9. User Content

You may post reviews, photos, and other content. By doing so, you grant Venturella a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use this content. You agree not to post:

• False or misleading information
• Offensive, harmful, or unlawful content
• Intellectual property that you do not own

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Platform
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Engage in fraud, harmful conduct, or illegal activity
• Circumvent fees or payment requirements

11. Intellectual Property

All Venturella trademarks, branding, designs, code, and features belong to Venturella. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them without written permission.

12. Third-Party Links

The Platform may include links or integrations with:

• Accommodation OTAs
• Transportation services
• Payment processors
• Sustainability partners
• Local service providers

Venturella may redirect you to, or integrate with, third-party services such as booking platforms, transportation providers, coworking spaces, payment processors, or local partners. These services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. We carefully select trusted partners, but we do not control their content, policies, or actions. When you use a third-party service, you agree to their terms.

Venturella remains responsible for protecting your data within our platform, but is not liable for how external partners operate once you engage with them directly.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Venturella is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from your use of the Platform
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality
• Your use of the Platform is at your own risk

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or harmful activity
• Post illegal or banned content
• Misuse the credit system

Users may delete their account at any time.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
